About Imperial Galleries

Imperial Galleries opened its doors in 1997. In March 2020 the gallery moved to 1531 Smithtown Avenue, Bohemia, NY 11716. Previously Imperial Galleries was located in the historic old downtown area of West Monroe, Louisiana known as Antique Alley, the gallery specializes in unusual items, art, antiques, Jim Shore Figurines, Lady Primrose, and of course, Lampe Berger.

Imperial Galleries is currently the largest Lampe Berger dealer in the United States. If you are ever in the area, please drop in and visit!

Dr. Joseph Poetker, owner of the gallery, is a retired Philosophy professor who taught for many years at The University of Louisiana at Monroe.
